The features of the vitiation of asthi dhatu are visible on teeth(danta), hairs(kesha) and nails(nakha). These are extra growth of bones(adhyasthi) and teeth(adhidanta), splitting(bheda) and severe pain in teeth and bones(shula), discoloration(vivarnata), abnormalities of body hair(kesha), nail(nakha) and beard(shmashru).
