Two formulations of basti beneficial in pravāhaṇ (Tenesmus):  

 

Milk prepared with the stalk of śālmali (Shalmali malabarica) mixed with ghee and milk prepared with the resin of śālmali (Shalmali malabarica) mixed with ghee used as basti are beneficial in pravāhaṇ.(36)

Two formulations of ''basti'' beneficial in ''pravahan'' (Tenesmus):  

Milk prepared with the stalk of ''shalmali'' (Shalmali malabarica) mixed with ghee and milk prepared with the resin of ''shalmali'' (Shalmali malabarica) mixed with ghee used as ''basti'' are beneficial in ''pravahan''.[36]
