A condition of prostatic enlargement. This disorder is characterized by distention of urinary bladder and rectum; obstruction in passage of urine, feces and flatus; severe pain; stony hard globular swelling/gland below navel; upwardly extended prominent gland in navel.[SAT Code AAC-7, EJ 3.6][1]
