[Cha.Sa.[[Sutra Sthana]] 20/19][Cha.Sa.[[Kalpa Sthana]] 1/4] 'Vamana' is also a therapeutic procedure to expel vitiated [[dosha]] by administration of medicine to induce vomiting.
