Hemicrania (''ardhavabhedaka''), headache (''sarvam va rujyate shiraḥ'') (i.e., that which may involve whole of head), coryza (''pratishyaya''), disorders of mouth, nose, eyes, and ears (''mukhanasakshikarṇaroga''), giddiness/vertigo (''shirobhramaḥ''), facial paralysis (''ardita''), tremors of the head (''shirasaḥ kampa''), stiffness of the neck, nape and jaw (''galamanyāhanugrahah'') and other such diseases of the head are caused by ''dosha'' and micro-organisms/worms (''krimi'').
