Means mind. It is one of the important component of holistic human being.

Synonyms

The words 'chetas' and 'sattva' are applied to denote different states of mind. The word 'chetas' is applied when the mind is in close conjunction with atma (consciousness). The word 'sattva' is applied to denote purity of mind or pure mental strength.
